Having a staff specialized during 25 years in this field, MANPRES offers journals, reviews and books from different areas: history, linguistics, archeology, architecture, chemistry, biology, medicine, informatics, agriculture and so on.
MANPRES DISTRIBUTION can also provide any serial publication – any title requested by you (Romanian titles). No catalog could be complete. Send us your orders for any title, and we be able to fill your needs.
MANPRES DISTRIBUTION is not only a current subscriptions dealer but also a back issue dealer when possible, if the publication requested are available.

This catalog lists more than 300 titles which are most often requested by overseas subscribers.The price includes shipped to delivery to EUROPE.
PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Many publisher only inform us of price changes when they received an order. Our practice is to pay the increase and to bill you the difference to ensure that no lapse in service occurs for your customer.
All price quoted don’t have included the Romanian VAT( 9%). When we make the invoice we have to apply the Romanian VAT(9%).
Subscribers who are registered for VAT in the UE should supply their full VAT registration number. Customers should account for VAT in their own country under the reverse charge procedure.
WHEN TO ORDER
The subscription period is usually the calendar year. We also agree with orders having the starting date in any month of the year. Order must arrive at our office at least two months before the starting date required by you. The back issues orders will be honoured if its possible.

The payment remittance must be effected in advance, upon receipt of our invoice, by cheque sent to our address or directly in our bank account:

Our company provides periodical review titles from various fields: social, cultural, scientific, technical, economical, social and agricultural sciences, history, medicine, juridical, linguistics, sports and tourism. Our service afther entry is promt and exhaustive in securing timely delivery. We guarantee entry and payment of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for government mails, publisher bankruptcy, final delivery or any other non-agent obligations.
OUR RESPONSABILTY
MANPRES’ obligation is to order subscriptions and act as liaison between the agent/subscriber and the publishers regarding delivery of the subscriptions.
ORDERS FORMS
Any subscription form you wish to use is acceptable provided it shows the name and address of the subscriber, the title and term, whether it is a new or renewal order, and your name and address, as agent. Please be sure all information provided on the order is clearly written to avoid error and future adjustment.
CANCELLATIONS –REFUNDS
Any item not indicated non-cancellable on our invoices may be cancelled. We recommnend cancellation at expiration for maximum effectiveness. Most publisher charge a cancellation fee or cancel with no refunds.
